The service
Every business with at least one worker must assess the risks and draw up the Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR), the risk assessment document, keeping it up to date as the activity, the premises and the workforce change. The penalties for failing to do so are substantial, and include criminal sanctions.
What we cover
- Drawing up and updating the DVR
- Assessment of specific risks (noise, vibration, manual handling, display screen equipment, work-related stress)
- Obligations and the compliance calendar under D.Lgs. 81/2008
