This page does two things: it brings Italian tax deadlines into the calendar you use every day, and it installs the site as an app on your home screen. Nothing to download from a store, no sign-up required.
1. Your deadlines in your calendar
Choose your profile and we prepare a calendar containing only the deadlines that concern you. Once you subscribe, the dates appear on their own in your phone, computer and mail calendar, with a reminder one week before and another the day before. When a deadline falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or an Italian public holiday, the date shown is already the first following working day.
If your fund is not listed, let us know and we will add it. Pension fund deadlines are being verified and will appear in the calendar once the firm has confirmed them.

On iPhone and Mac the button opens the calendar directly. On Android and Outlook, if the button does not open anything, copy the address above and paste it into the subscribe-to-an-external-calendar function (in Google Calendar: Other calendars › Subscribe from URL).
For income tax this calendar assumes the longest payment plan, five instalments. If you chose fewer instalments, or paid in a single sum, simply ignore the dates that do not concern you: each event says so in its own description. Instalments after the first carry instalment interest.
The calendar updates itself: when the firm corrects or adds a date, the change reaches you with nothing to redo on your side. The dates listed are the ordinary statutory terms; extensions, special regimes and individual circumstances may shift them, and for those the conversation with the firm remains.
2. Install the site as an app
On your iPhone or iPad, using Safari:
- Tap the Share button at the bottom, the one with the upward arrow.
- Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm with Add: the firm’s icon appears among your apps.
On your Android device it takes two taps:
If the button does not appear, open the browser menu (the three dots) and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
You can install the site as an application on your computer too: an install icon appears on the right-hand side of the address bar in Chrome or Edge. The greater benefit, however, remains on the phone.
The app is already installed on this device. From here you can consult the firm’s guides and tools even with no connection.

It works without a connection too
Pages you have already visited remain readable when the phone is offline: on a train, in a warehouse, in a waiting room. The deadlines you added to your calendar keep reminding you in any case, because at that point they live in your own phone calendar and no longer depend on us.
