ISTAT FOI index: the variations for rents and revaluations.
The Italian FOI index (consumer prices for blue- and white-collar households, net of tobacco) is the reference for updating lease rents, maintenance allowances and many contractual revaluations. From 1 January 2026 the reference base is 2025=100.
