Remote assistance with the firm.

With your consent, a member of the firm can see your screen and help you directly: to set up invoicing, retrieve a document, sort out a problem. We use Supremo, the Italian remote-control software: nothing to install, you just open it.

How it works

Call the firm and agree a time for the support session.
Download Supremo using the button above and open it: there is nothing to install.
Give the firm’s operator, by voice over the phone, the ID and password that Supremo shows you.
The operator connects: you see everything they do and can stop the session at any moment by closing Supremo.

Security

The Supremo password changes with every session and is valid for that session only. Give the ID and password only to the firm’s operator who called you, or whom you called on the official numbers: Ferrara +39 0532 450482 · Codigoro +39 0533 710240 · Milano +39 02 49614657. The firm will never ask for access to your computer by email or text message.
